South African Whites June/July 03
Sadly I missed the recent Cape tasting in Dublin but made sure I caught up with as many as possible at Vinexpo a few days later.

Two varieties, for me, were more successful in general than others and that's Shiraz / Syrah for the reds and Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.

Pricing and availability are a bit vague, but I simply haven't had time to research them and thought it more important to get the results posted.

Wines are listed by variety and descending score:
Chardonnay;
Chenin Blanc and blends;
Multi varietal blends and other varieties;
Sauvignon Blanc;
Sparkling.
